Clinic Policy

🗓 Appointments

All consultations and treatments are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

💳 Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all treatment appointments. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

💬 Consultation Deposits

We require a £10 deposit to secure consultations. This is:

Deducted from your treatment cost if you go ahead with treatment.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Failure to give adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit or booking fee.

📅 Rescheduling by Gentleman Clinic

In the rare event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we reserve the right to do so. You will be contacted with as much notice as possible.

⏱ Late Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

💸 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments or products. Hair Replacement systems are non-refundable from the time of order as they are custom-ordered. 

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations with insufficient notice are non-refundable.

Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

🧴 Aftercare Responsibility

You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions following your treatment.
It is your responsibility to follow them carefully.
We cannot be held responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

🚫 Client Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
Rude, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
We reserve the right to decline treatment at our discretion.

At Gentleman Clinic, we respect all cultural and religious beliefs. However, it is important to note that we cannot and do not assume or enquire about any client’s religion, faith, or personal beliefs. It is the responsibility of each client to ensure that any treatment or product they choose aligns with their personal, religious, or cultural practices. While we are happy to answer any questions to the best of our ability, we are not qualified to provide religious guidance or interpretations. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any conflicts arising from the suitability of treatments—such as the water permeability of hair systems—in relation to religious observance. No refunds will be issued on these grounds after payment has been made.
